Born and raised in the islands, our first home was built in 1989. Ever since then, it seems, we’ve been serving the people of Hawaiʻi in one way or another. Welcome to our home island of Hawaiʻi. An island with its own unique culture and climate, and that’s no different in the construction industry.

Mid Pac Services LLC is a locally owned general contractor based in the heart of the Big Island, in Waimea (Kamuela). Led by owner and contractor BJ Kailimai and Amy Kailimai, our ohana of tradesmen and women handles everything from new home construction and design to remodels, renovations and commercial work.
